I have never been very good at keeping a journal, I like writing, but I never feel like my life has enough intrest to write about it everyday. At any rate, I guess this is another attempt for me to keep a journal. Hopefully since this is a bit more interesting than a spiral bound notebook, I will have the desire to keep it up to date.

This year has been quite the interesting year. My son, Noah turned one years old in January, the same month that I left my ex husband Josh and decided to get a divorce. I moved back home with my family, got a job working for an accounting firm, and started going back to school this semester. I still haven't decided what I want to major in, but I guess I am taking it one step at a time.

Noah has been growing like a weed. Everytime I look at him I am amazed that my tiny little 6lb 7oz baby has grown into this very active toddler. He is a very sweet little boy, he loves to give hugs and kisses and cuddle with his mom. I feel so lucky to have him in my life. Lately his favorite thing to do is to stand in front of the TV and shout "Ready, One, Two, Three (or One, Three....One Two Two, etc.) GO!!" and then take of running, giggling into my arms. He is always curious about everything, and gets into anything he can. He is starting to get that defiant two year old attitude, and likes to tell people "NO!" and "GO AWAY". He definitly has a mind of his own!!

For me, life has been a bit stressful lately. Work has been really busy, it seems like there are always deadlines that have to be reached, and never a peacful moment. School is going ok for the most part. The pace is kind of picking up, and my test this week almost had me in a panic. :) I started dating again. I met a wonderful man named Mike in February and we started dating in May. Things are a little bit complicated at the moment, as we both have so much going on...but hopefully things will settle down soon. He is very sweet and caring, a great listener, and is always able to make me laugh. He has the most amazing family in the world, and his brother is married to one of my best friends. :)

My family is just as crazy as always. :) Kari just had her second daughter on Sept. 10, so now I have to beautiful neices. :) They are still living in Ohio while her husband is going to Med School at Ohio State. David graduated high school this year and left in August to go to BYU. Robin is a junior at Reno High School, and got her license this year!! Scary!! lol Chris is in 8th grade this year, and is taking a ball room dance class, can't keep him away from the ladies!! :) My mom is still working as a Dental Assistant, and works hard to provide for the family. She is a great mom, and I love her to death!! :) My dad is getting married again in Dec. to a lady named Lynne, she is from Provo and has 3 kids. Two of them are boys (ages 19 and 17) and one daughter (aged 13). So I guess soon there will be 8 kids in my family....and I thought 5 was big!! lol

That's about all I can think about to write at the moment. I will try very hard to keep it updated...but with life as a single mom, working full time and going to school, it might be a little difficult. :)
